Good afternoon! I'd like to leave a review and thank you for the excellent quality of my NewBalance 9060 sneakers. The order itself, delivery, and the solution to the problem of where my shoes are, as the supplier was negligent in their delivery: I had tracking on the website, and an employee took a photo of the delivery, but when the office reviewed the video, they took a photo of the shoes and took them with them. It took time for the store and me to find my missing order. The store offered to resend them for free, as my sneakers were lost. The employees didn't want me to be upset about this situation; they offered to resend them for free, but to a different address in Toronto. I want to thank you again for your support and understanding of the situation, and now the quality of the sneakers is excellent!!! I wish you many grateful customers ♥️♥️♥️

The first order said 7-21 business days I got it in 11 days, second one said 15-35 business days and I got it in 31 days, and the third one said 7-21 business days now it’s on the way so it probably takes less than 15 days tho. Purchased another 3 pairs of Yeezy Beluga reflective Natural Black Yet to pick up the black but the natural and beluga reflective came packaged impeccably with outer shrink wrap black plastic with a full air par around the package. There was an outer box protecting the shoe box as well. Bit over 3 weeks to Australia via certified and tracked postage. Package arrived pretty quickly considering I'm in the U.S. and the new kicks are awesome. I've ordered a few times from DELTITECH and would highly recommend =) Shipping is always top notch no damage on the packaging or the shoe boxes inside. I've been able to cop a few different colorways on DELTITECH that I could only otherwise find on Stock X, Flight Club, etc.
While the wait was quite long, and the lack of any real customer service, the item I ordered did eventually arrive as described.

I am very pleased with the purchase. The delivery was within time limit that was said, but unfortunately about 2 hours too late for prom. But nevertheless, very pleased with the purchase. Exactly as expected. Oh yeah, one more thing is the tracking number was always showing in transit and there was no way to show where the parcel was, which put me a little nervous. The item that I purchased from the US to have ship Canada because I wasn't able to found my size in Canada. Even with the strike that Canada Post had delayed my package, the but a week the strike I received my package in mint condition.
